The bestselling coauthor of Investing in Real Estate reveals the secrets behind one of the hottest investment strategies available-foreclosed real estate REO (or bank-owned) foreclosures offer incredible profits-but you might be fearful of buying bad properties, or getting into bidding wars with other prospective buyers. This insider's guide to buying and selling foreclosed property shows how to reduce the risk, find top properties, and rake in the profits. It's an all-in-one handbook packed with professional secrets, such as where to find the best deals, when to make the smartest offer, and how to resell at the maximum price. Even in a fluctuating market, it's one investment that really pays off.

"Borrow as much as you can for as long as you!" As I said in another review of another Real Estate Foreclosure book, since all I've done is read books about buying, renovating and selling foreclosed or rehabbed property, I don't yet know what I don't know. With that in mind, I think Making Money... was very informative. The chapter pertaining to the proper screening of potential renters was especially enlightening. The book is written more from and economic point of view which gives it an optimistic edge. Real Estate is a finite commodity, and with current emigrational trends the future looks good for industrious investors. Although I thought the information was delivered from the view of a seasoned investor, there were grammatical errors throughout; thus my conservative rating; nevertheless, I recommend this book for those who may be interested in Real Estate investment.
