This is a great book for new and seasoned mediators. I first purchased it in 2007 and regularly refer to it when I feel that my creativity in posing open, thoughtful questions to positioned parties is beginning to wane. After mediating professionally for 24 years and over 6500 hundred cases, I find the play-by-play dialog examples between clients and mediator to be extremely helpful in releasing my own mental blocks.
