From the supplier: The US Senate will consider an automobile insurance bill that is intended to reduce costs resulting from personal injury lawsuits by offering the consumers the choice of less costly no-fault auto insurance. Consumers who choose the no-fault option, called Personal Protection Insurance, will give up their right to sue for pain and suffering in exchange for a reduction in premiums. Five senators have co-sponsored the bill.
